AI Workflow Gains in Mortgage Sourcing

Twenty7tec has integrated its mortgage sourcing capability into Fluxifi through an API, allowing advisers to access research within their existing workflow rather than moving between systems or duplicating information. The development directly addresses a recurring broker complaint: fragmented lender systems and poor communication can create unnecessary administration and force advisers to compensate manually.

This is not, by itself, AI advice, but connected data is an important foundation for useful AI. With appropriate permissions and controls, firms can use workflow data to reduce rekeying, surface outstanding tasks, draft case updates and identify bottlenecks. Any AI layer should remain auditable, protect client data and leave product selection, suitability assessment and final recommendations under adviser control.
